Returns

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the shipment.  No exceptions.  Please email us at orders@redsboutiqueonline.com.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date your order is received.  Returns will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card, less any costs incurred by Red's Boutique Online.  Original shipping charges are not refundable.

All "Steals and Deals" items are FINAL SALE and are not returnable/exchangeable.  

We have the right to refuse any return if the items have any signs of the following: wash, wear, stains (including makeup), alterations, misuse or damage. 

Due to the limited quantity of inventory, we are not able to offer exchanges.  We will issue a store credit for the return that can be used to repurchase the correct item if it is still available.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be fully processed and credited.
