Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the shipment. No exceptions. Please email us at email@example.com.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date your order is received. Returns will be credited to the original payment form, less any costs incurred by Red's Boutique Online. If credit to the original payment form is not an option, a store credit will be issued.
All sale items are final sale and are not returnable.
We have the right to refuse any return if the items have any signs of the following: wash, wear, stains (including makeup), alterations, misuse or damage.
