Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Please email us at email@example.com.
All returns must be shipped to the address below and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages in the shipping process.Red’s Boutique Online

Returns will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card, less any costs incurred by Red's Boutique Online. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please note, a store credit will be issued for purchases made using Sezzle, Shop Pay or any other installment payment method. The customer is still responsible for paying the full balance even though a store credit is issued for the items returned.
All Sale/"Steals and Deals" items are FINAL SALE and are not returnable/exchangeable.
We have the right to refuse any return if the items have any signs of the following: wash, wear, stains (including makeup), alterations, misuse or damage.
Due to the limited quantity of inventory, we are not able to offer exchanges. We will issue a store credit for the return that can be used to purchase the item if it is still available.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be fully processed and credited. Once processed, your store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the order. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder.
